Allow All Access For KA$H Before Register

Make sure to allow KA$H for:

  • Make and manage phone calls
  • Access photos, media and files on your device.
  • Take pictures and record video.

After allowing all access, click register

Upload Your ID / Passport Image

Make sure the photo no blurry or shadow of light during capture of the image.

After upload ID / Passport image, please input:

  1. Key in your mother maiden name for security purpose
  2. Key in your mother country
  3. Key in your mother address
  4. Key in your mother city
  5. Key in your mother post code
  6. Key in your mother state

Take Selfie Photo With Your ID / Passport

Make sure you don’t block the information on the ID during capture the image and Keep your eyes open and heads up to face the camera during capture the image

Create Security Pin

  1. Create a 6-digit security pin
  2. Re-enter your pin for confirmation
  3. TAC number will be send to your mobile number
  4. Please enter TAC number to activate

  1. Insert last four digits of the card
  2. Insert full 10 digits of secure code
  3. Click next

    5. General request at section B
    6. Select change mobile number @ email
  3. Please state your request at this section as example below:
    1. Change Mobile Number from 0123456789 to 012333445566
    2. Change Email from hello@gmail.com to hyethere@gmail.com
  4. Please acknowledge the form at this section:
    1. Customer signature
    2. Name
    3. ID / Passport
    4. Date
  5. Snap the picture or scan the Service Request Form to customer.care@kash.my or WhatsApp to +6011-10205274
