How to Check Your KA$H Security Pin?

Step 1: Click ‘CARD INFO’

Step 2: Enter your KA$H card Security PIN

Step 3: VIRTUAL CARD will appear

HOW TO RESET KA$H CARD SECURITY PIN?

Please provide your details as below:

  1. Name
  2. ID / Passport Number
  3. Email
  4. Mobile Numbe
  5. Last 4 digit number at the card

* TEMPORARY PIN will send to the user mobile number via SMS

HOW TO CHANGE SECURITY PIN FOR KA$H CARD VIA MOBILE KA$H APPS?

Step 1: Click ‘CHANGE PIN’

Step 2: Enter old pin card number or enter temporary pin received from SMS

Step 3: Create your new Pin Card

HOW TO RESET PIN IF NOT ABLE TO LOGIN INTO YOUR KA$H?

Step 1: Click ‘LOGIN @ UNABLE TO LOGIN”

Step 2: Select ‘EXISTING USER’

Step 3: Fill Up user – EMAIL , ID/ PASSPORT & MOBILE NUMBER

Step 4: Create New Security Pin

Step 5: Enter 6 digit TAC number that receive from SMS

FUND TRANSFER TO OWN ACCOUNT

Step 1: CLICK TOP UP & FUND TRANSFER

Step 2: CLICK FUND TRANSFER

Step 3: Click TO OWN ACCOUNT

Step 4: SELECT needed account

Step 5: Select Targeted Account

Step 6: Select suitable option

Step 7: Click Confirm for verification

Step 8: Enter 6 digit Security Pin Number

FUND TRANSFER TO OTHER ACCOUNT

Step 1: CLICK FUND TRANSFER

Step 2: CLICK FUND TRANSFER

Step 3: CLICK TO OTHER ACCOUNT

Step 4: SELECT needed account

Step 5: Choose send to other account using Other users Mobile Number or Account Number (60123456789) @ 16 DIGIT KA$H Card Number at the front card

Step 6: Enter Amount transfer needed and select the suitable option 

Step 7: Click confirm for verification

Step 8:Enter user 6 digit security pin then click OK.

FUND TRANSFER TO OTHER ACCOUNT USING QR CODE

Step 1: CLICK FUND TRANSFER

Step 2: CLICK FUND TRANSFER

Step 3:
QR TRANSFER : FOR SENDER
QR RECEIVE : FOR RECEIVER

Step 7: Enter sender 6 digit PIN number

CHANGE MOBILE NUMBER @ EMAIL

Step 1: Please Fill Up a Service Request Form

Please fill up:

  1. Name
  2. ID @ Passport
  3. Mobile Number
  4. MPAY KA$H Mastercard Number
  5. General Request at Section B
  6. Select Change Mobile Number @ Email

 

Please state your request at this section as example below:

  • Change Mobile Number from 0123456789 to 012333445566

Please acknowledge the form at this section:

  • Customer Signature
  • Name
  • Passport @ ID
  • Date
